LG really set the bar a few notches higher when it came out with the LG KE850, also known as the “Prada phone”. As the name implies, the Prada phone is elegant and sophisticated. What the name doesn’t imply, however, is how truly unique and functional it is.
Seemingly made for businesspeople on the go, the LG KE850 Prada cellular phone has everything one would expect in late model cell phone and a whole lot more. The first phone to feature a complete advanced touch interface, this phone will do just about everything except cook the owner breakfast in the morning. Besides the capacitive touch screen, the Prada has a music player that supports MP3, ACC, ACC+, WMA and RA files. Additionally, the document viewer enables PDF, TXT, XLS, PPT and DOC files to be seen, just like on a laptop computer.
The camera is a 2.0 megapixel piece of technological goodness that also has an LED flash to enable fantastic picture quality in less than optimal conditions. When all of the PowerPoint presentations, music files and pictures become too much of a burden on the internal memory of the Prada phone, the external memory slot (micro SD) will solve the space problem. Connectible to a computer via a USB cable, the phone doesn’t leave the user wanting for anything.
Bluetooth 2.0 compatible, the LG KE850 mobile phone can be used without being held, making multitasking a breeze. The standard battery is an Innerpack 800mAh dynamo that will keep the phone alive for a long time between charging sessions. A mere 12 millimeters thick, it’s hard to imagine how engineers were able to pack so much punch in such a tiny package. To be sure, the Prada phone would be high on just about anyone’s wish list and it’s easy to see why.
